We are on network with all insurance companies. You can use any glass shop you decide. Glass is covered under the comprehensive part of full coverage. You will only be responsible for the deductible for your comprehensive policy.
Glass claims are considered a no-fault claim. It does not affect your rates.
Mobile service is offered for all eligible vehicles. Vehicles that require a static ADAS recalibration have to be done in-shop. All others can be done onsite. Most foreign made vehicles require in shop recalibration.
Yes, we can repair or replace all door glass regulators or motors.
There is an approval process. If the insurance company approves my request for OEM parts, you will only owe the deductible on your comprehensive policy. If they deny the approval request, you can still have OEM parts. You will be responsible for the difference between the OEM and what the insurance company allows.
If you have already setup a glass claim and received the dispatch/referral number, all you have to do is call back and have the claim changed over to our shop.
Yes, our technicians are certified to recalibrate all the safety sensors and return your vehicle back to factory specifications.
