My side view mirror is cracked, and won't move via the interior control. Can you help?
We can repair all side view mirrors, driver or passenger side, as well as the interior controls.
What about rear view mirrors? Do you replace, reinstall or change those too?
Absolutely. When we replace any front windshield, we reinstall the mirror. And if a new mirror is required, we can replace that also.
My car door window is not broken, but is stuck open. Can you help?
Most likely the window is just "off track." We can repair "off track" windows, as well as windows that rattle & leak.
Do you offer RainEx and other ancillary services??
Absolutely, we offer RainEx as well as custom tinting, and other products. Anything to legally enhance your autoglass.
Do I need to come to your location? Where can I get my Windows repaired?
We are a full service mobile AutoGlass repair company serving all of the Carolinas. Meaning we will gladly do work whereever you need, as long as it is safe, well lit, and dry. Sometimes inclement weather prohibits us from working outdoors. We also work at our Kernersville, NC facility
, conveniently located off Business-40.
What forms of payment will you accept? Do I pay first, and have to get reimbursed by the insurance company?
We accept most major credit cards, as well as most insurance providers. If your work is covered by insurance, you will be responsible for any deductible when our work is completed, and we will bill the insurance company directly for their portion. You won't need to worry about reinmbursements - that's our job.
Will filing an auto glass claim effect my insurance premiums?
No, your premiums will not go up. Glass damage is a "No Fault Claim."
Will checking on my deductible or inquiring about an auto glass claim raise my insurance rates?
Asking your insurance provider about your policy coverage and deductibles is generally not considered a claim. To be certain, please refer to your insurance policy.
Will filing an auto glass claim count towards my insurance policy?
In many cases, insurance companies will not count auto glass damage as a claim on your policy. To be certain, please refer to your policy or contact your agent and/or insurance provider to confirm your specific coverage.
What if I only have liability coverage?
Because liability insurance only provides coverage for damages to another vehicle, auto glass services are not covered under your liability policy.
Will all insurance companies waive my deductible if my windshield is repaired rather than replaced?
Many insurance companies cover windshield repair at 100 percent coverage with no deductible. We will be happy to help you understand what your company will cover.
Do I need to contact my agent or insurance company before I contact NACCO Windshield?
In a word, "No." We're experts at verifying coverage, filing the claim and handling all the paperwork. We will gladly contact your insurance company and submit the claim on your behalf. For a free quote to get started, call us now at 336-993-2603 or use our Online Scheduling
